The NBA Play-In Tournament kicks off today with the Western Conference games.
At 4:30 p.m. PT, the New Orleans Pelicans host the Los Angeles Lakers at the Smoothie King Center. The winner will become the 7-seed, which gets them a first-round series against the defending champion Denver Nuggets, which tips off on Saturday.
Then, at 7 p.m. PT, it’s a postseason rematch between the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings in California’s capital. The winner will play for the 8-seed on Friday while the loser will be eliminated.
