Two JUCO Defensive Backs from East Mississippi Community College will be taking Official Visits to NC State this week. I already reported that Tyrane Stewart will be taking an Official Visit to Raleigh beginning on December 14th, and I confirmed with his teammate Brylan Lanier (6’1″/185), that he will be taking an Official Visit at the same time.
Lanier has had quite the collegiate journey thus far. He initially committed to Georgia State as a member of the 2021 recruiting class, but ended up going to Alabama as a preferred walk-on, redshirting in Year 1. In 2022, Lanier transferred to Indiana, playing in 11 games, recording 11 tackles and 1 sack.
