UMBC Guard Dion Brown Commits to Transfer to Boston College

On Wednesday evening, UMBC sophomore guard Dion Brown announced his intention to transfer to the Boston College men’s basketball program.

Brown was quite the scorer for the Retrievers last season, leading the team with 19 points per game and adding 7.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists on top of that. The 6’3” rising junior had some big explosive games, putting up 20+ points on some opponents that BC may be familiar with like Louisville, UMass Lowell, Lehigh, UVM, UNH, Maine, and even Iowa.
